MAD, SICK, HEAD GONE?? or just Homesick??

Yeah...I know all u folks were dying to go home when the snow and ice did really lick here in upstate new york and i'm sure in all the CSA chapters all over eastern USA...hahaha...all the freshmen..how does it feel??? Don't worry you hear, I was wrapped up the entire time in bout ten scarves, big coat, two jeans, one sweatpants, five sweater and two cap each day (i hope u know i'm only slightly exaggerating)...so don't worry ur not alone....right now..yeah i homesick..just cuz spring break done and I never got to go home..but usually I do okay...how about you???

I wonder I wonder, what do ppl expect from Island Vibez for next year. I mean, I think we went all out this year with the little resources we had...but seeing as we going for bigger and better each year..what do people think is (should be) next??
Caribbean Week

Eyoooo!!! Caribbean Week is almost over...only the church service left, and I just feel blessed to have experienced this whole thing. From Kamau Brathwaite to "I love you, Anne", the whole thing was ridiculously great in my opinion. I felt like we did our best to represent parts of the Caribbean that we aren't even from and in doing so, learned so much - well I did :)...but yeah..was fun..tiring..but all worth it.

So, this is the second time today that someone has asked me about our next Caribbean Food Day, knowing that we already did one last semester and another one this semester..Obviously this campus getting crazy over our food (and why shouldn't they?)...it's nice tho...knowing that it's not just us who dying for some nice jerk, roti, curry, (i know u getting hungry now..) my gosh a patty for crying out loud..and some nice tropical rhythms to wash it all down. Niceness....
